Voice of Our Former Students

Coming from a small provincial town, we all had big dreams and hearty aspirations we lacked in experience and exposure.
However, One World Japanese Language Center Inc. (OWJLC) took us under their wings and turned our uncertainties into confidence and our hopes into reality.
God bless you, One World, for finding us good employers with stable and well-established companies to work for that, despite the pandemic and economic crisis, still allowed us to work and earn with the exact provisions and benefits as when we first started. Thus, enabling us to provide and support our family during this pandemic.
Life here in Japan is as splendid as expected, but it is not without challenges and sacrifices.
It is not always as we've tried.  We've tested, and at times, overwhelmed with sadness.
However, it is out of great gratitude for the people who pushed us through and the love of family that keeps us going to keep living the dream—enjoying the life of sushi and peaches and cherry blossom, even the hard work, and of course!
"The money that comes with it".
Thank you one World for making all these possible…
心は感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
my hearts will always be grateful!

Ms.SHANI

With the aid of Almighty and the help of One World (OWJLC), I fulfilled my dreams to reach here in Japan.
The staffs and schools’ effort of teaching is a tremendous help to me.
I'm delighted that I got a chance to help my family financially, know Japanese culture, its people, and other things japan can offer.
It's been 7months since I arrived here.
But sad to say, many people lose hope because of the pandemic that the world is facing right now.
So to my fellow students from One World and those aiming to work in Japan, let it be your challenge not to let go of your dreams.
To One World, Thank you may not be enough to express my sincerity and gratitude, but I always will.
Also, thank you so much to all of you to my teachers who help, believe, and uplift my spirit during my weakening days.
I'm praying for more power and success in the program.
To God be the Glory!

"Despite the challenges of studying Nihongo, One world Japanese language center staffs and teachers make sure that I reach my full potential in learning it.
Thank you for helping and encouraging me to reach my goal.
Learning Nihongo is a beautiful experience.
I will forever be grateful to this school for making me who I am today."

MS. SHANI

I am so blessed and grateful to the Lord that One world Japanese Language Center (OWJL) is the instrument for how I am here in Japan. When I am studying Japanese, it is hard to learn a new and another language which makes the challenge for everyone. It takes a lot of time and effort, but it was enjoyable. I always appreciate all the teachers and staff on how they encourage us to do our best to pass the n4 level to go to Japan and work as care workers. I am very much thankful for all my sensei’s and all the staff of One world because of u all, sir/mam, I am here now enjoying the culture, the food, the season, and now working in Japan. Godbless One world and hope u have many peoples dream will come true through all of u. Minasan just does all your best, and God will do the rest. God bless everyone

I Lao Tzu once said, “ A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” so here I am taking my lead. I may not know what tomorrow could bring but aiming for success is my dream. With regards to it, I really wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to One World Japanese Language Center Inc. Thank you, One World, and everyone behind the program for leading me into this path I take. Being your student for quite some time helped me a lot. I learned my Basic Japanese. Since then, I have always thought about what it would be like to be in Japan. ‘Til one day, thoughts turned into reality. As I stepped into the portal of embracing reality, challenges, hardships, and failures come my way. Life is not easy! But, I surely believe that there is always a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow that awaits (a true success). All we can do is patiently wait, keep on praying, and believing in God that everything will take its own place. Together with our dreams and One World, let us keep on fighting! May the odds be in our favor. God bless us all!

Ms.DEEWANEE

When I was young, one of my dreams is to go to a beautiful place in Japan.
I waited and trusted in One World!!
Now my dream has come true.
I want to say thank you to One World for opening the door for me to go and work in Japan to help my family.
I am also especially grateful to its constituents who tirelessly help advance the dream of just a simple citizen like me.
Stay strong, One World wishes from Osaka, Japan.

Mr.Mota

One World Japanese Language offers a scholarship program that enhanced my potential in pursuing my career as a care worker here in Japan.
Studying Japanese was hard at first, and as days go by, it's enjoyable!
I never imagine that I can really go to Japan at the age of 20, but OWJLC helps me a lot.
It was hard because of covid. It really took time and was worth it in the end.

Ms.Lanny

Konnichiha Minasan,
My name is Alison. I'm from Iloilo.
I've been working here in Japan for 2years as a Caregiver under Technical Intern Visa.
And with the Help and Collaboration of my Very supportive Municipal Mayor to the One World Japanese language Training center, this would not be possible.

In 2018 I learned my Japanese language at One World Japanese language center for almost 7months.
I took the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or JLPT-N4 Level in Manila, and With the Grace of God, I passed the exam.
And of course, with your own will and perseverance to pass the exam to pursue your dreams working in Japan, I know nothing is impossible because the word itself says I'm possible.
So never give up. Always remember and ask yourself what you want to do, your plans and dreams, and your family.
Put your love in learning the Language, and the Language itself will love you back.
That's legit 😄 I know the Japanese language is difficult, but if you are willing to learn for it, no one and nothing can stop you from learning the language.
As one says, Experience is the Best Teacher. And I admit YES it was.
Just learn from it every day of your life because it will be interesting for you someday that you can speak another language.
Always remember your purpose, and don't lose hope.

Don't stop learning, even if it's hard sometimes.

It isn't easy at first, but always remember and never forget your purpose and why you take the Language in the first place is...
In the middle of this Pandemic, I know it's not easy for each one of us.
Online Class is not easy, and also for the hardworking teachers of one World, it's not easy.
But take this New Normal as an Opportunity that no matter how hardships we've been through, always remember that someday those hardships will be rewarded.
Always Pray and ask for guidance from the Lord, and you will never be shaken.
And Lastly, Thank You so much, One World Japanese Language Center.
I hope you have a lot of aspiring students to help reach their Dreams.
GodBless and More Power.

Ms.Alison

One World has been an instrument in achieving our dreams, especially students from Iloilo, even if it's far away from Manila, like taking exams.

Still, because of your support and advice, we didn't give up from N5 until we passed the N4 Level.
I hope you can help many more students who dream of working here like I once dreamed of working in Japan, and now here I am enjoying my work and at the same time enjoying the life and culture of Japan..
Thank you, One World Japanese Language Center Inc.❣️
Minasan Ganbarimashou💪

Keep your dreams alive. Understand that to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication, don't mind failures because failures are always part of success, Remember all things are possible for those who believe, it's going to be hard, but hard does not mean it impossible.
So now I've learned that dreams can be challenging and are always worth the success they can bring☺️
